Well, this month has been busy, as usual. Addy has grown and learned SO much! The picture below is of her after she scooched/rolled all the way from where we were to the opposite end of the room. It took her about 20 minutes. That was around the tenth of March. Now it takes her about...seconds! We got a railing for the drop from the living room into the entry way, and it was JUST IN TIME.

Addy has turned into quite the daddy's girl. Tonight she was leaning for him to take her and crying when I would take her back. Though it was sad, it was so good to see how much she loves her daddy. One of her favorite things is to ride on his shoulders. She can balance up there so good! He can lean all the way back and she just flexes her abs. She WILL NOT FALL.

We had a fire to burn some of our cardboard. Addy was fascinated. Here she is all bundled up and back inside. Look at those rosy cheeks!

Helping Daddy prepare his talk.

This girl is so bright and happy! Look at her just standing there giving us a look that we can't help but ooh and ahh at. And those eyes! She's so lucky to have gotten daddy's eyes.

Loving looking our our windows at the rain (I think it was raining, but maybe it was the random day that it snowed)

After Scott got back from L.A. for an audio training (it was the first time I was alone since we've been married since I didn't get to go to my family's), we took Addy to Idaho Falls to see the river. She was surrounded by ducks and geese, and all she would look at were the grass and dead leaves. The things she could touch and put in her mouth. She LOVES being outside already!

Pretty geese. They were pretty close, and Scott inched his way super close to a few.

My baby girl and her mommy. Obviously she's not that into me, but I sure love her!

Teething is a bummer. But she loved sucking and chewing on her tray haha. And it looked so cute!

Ok, check out this smile! Someone's excited for Easter! We bought her very own Easter basket. She was so excited she was practically jumping up and down in that bumbo!

Enjoying the Kmart ad. She loves anything colorful that crinkles.

Again, SUCH a daddy's girl. And it's a good thing because he loves the time with her more than she does! And as you can see, that's saying something.

For family home evening, Scott and I decided to make our own twist on a new favorite recipe. So we made the apple braid dough and then put pizza inside it! I guess lots of people already do this, but it was new to us and it was AMAZING! So here Scott is stuffing his. Yummy.

And me :)

While we were busy making dinner, Addy read her favorite book, the one that she can chew on that has crinkly pages. Again, anything that crinkles. As you can see her pants are getting too short. We went to the doc yesterday for her 6 month well check and she went from the 68th% in weight down the 58th% and up from the 60th% to the 70% in height...so now instead of chunky, she's thinning right out! Must be all the moving and raising up on hands and knees and scooching backwards. (Shane, just so you know, 50th percentile is average... :)

Braiding the bread

Mine, all done! It looked so pretty!

And baked! And we brushed them with garlic butter. Oh my gosh these were amazing!

Yummy goodness.

They were so good and Addy was so jealous that she decided to lick my plate afterwards. And ya know what? I let her.

Well, there it is. March in a nutshell. We are doing well and Addy's growing up so fast. We are so thankful for all of our blessings and our good friends that we've made here in Rexburg. Another highlight was finding out that our friends that moved away moved back and they are going to buy a house and stay here forever, just like us. :) Love ya Clark and Kelsie and Hallie :)
The gospel is true and it gets more and more true as I get smarter and smarter :P Shane, we love and miss you! Can't wait for you to meet your niece and come stay at our house. Work hard, pray harder.
