Adelaide is 3 Months Old!

I can't believe it! I've been a mommy for 3 months! Adelaide is growing so healthy and cute! She weighs 12 pounds, and has the cutest little rolls on her legs. I am so happy to have a chunky baby! (Hey all you Carters who have REALLY chunky babies, she is WAY chunkier than my mom's kids so she is chunky to me!) She is doing all kinds of fun new tricks. They are:
- Sleeping 8 hours most nights!!!!!!!!
- Drooling so much that she could probably fill a bathtub a day, NOT joking!
- Blows spit (and the occasional snot) bubbles
- Smiling ALL the time!
- Laughing (she has the CUTEST giggle)
- Pulling herself up to a standing position from sitting while holding mom or dad's hands
- Fake crying just to get attention
- Squats (seriously, she does real squats)
- Burps like a man
- Splashing in the tub, which she LOVES
- Pooping ALL OVER because she knows she can have a bath if she does
- Intertwines her fingers/folds her hands
- Can hold toys and has the coordination to bring them right to her mouth...of course!
- No longer cries for tummy time, and is working on rolling from tummy to back
Our little baby has been such a blessing! We love her! Enjoy these pictures and memories :D

Helping mommy with laundry
See, she intertwines her fingers!

Bubbles anyone?

Somehow she works her bows down over her eyes. She HATES it lol.
Her modeling her new standing trick

Yup, this is a DAILY occurrence. I even moved her to size 2 diapers (which my siblings never fit in until we were 5 or 6 months old lol) and she STILL poops enough to soak everything.
I'm not sure what it is with Daddy and pants on the head...

Tired from her photo shoot :) She is SO cute!
Like I say, she is growing healthy and CUTE! We love our little baby! Happy 3 months Addy-Lee!

  1. she is too cute, you did a great job with the photos. it is amazing how fast they grow. just curious, what kind of diapers do you get her, i found that only huggies would work for my kids, otherwise i would have the same blow-out problem.

  2. I've tried ALL of them! Huggies, Pampers, the cheap walmart ones...and they all blow out. She's just a crazy pooper. So I just get the cheap ones lol. And I started putting her in bigger ones which seemed to help :D Thanks!
